As a rapidly growing company, we are seeking an Implementation Engineer to drive the development and enhancement of API integrations between Talkie.ai and Electronic Healthcare Records (EHR) systems. Our clientele includes medical practices, clinic chains, and both private and public hospitals. We collaborate closely with Practice Managers, Clinic Owners, Call Center Managers, Agents, and Receptionists to ensure seamless integration and functionality

What products and services do we offer?

We offer a suite of sophisticated, ready-to-use voicebots designed to manage appointments, process prescription orders, and answer questions over the phone. Developed in collaboration with industry experts and trained on thousands of real-life samples, our voicebots deliver natural and efficient interactions from day one. Additionally, we create and implement customized voicebot solutions for enterprise clients.

Who are we hiring?

We are looking for a Backend developer to drive the development and enhancement of API integrations between Talkie.ai and Electronic Healthcare Records (EHR) systems. Due to the fact that you would be working on US projects, the role may require shifted hours 2-3 days a week (12 noon to 8 pm).

In your daily work, you will:

• Solve interesting problems (considering scalability, designing robust, future-proof architecture)

• Deploy fast with a short feedback loop - coding rather than attending needless meetings

• Actively participate in designing, defining, and implementing complete features

• Contribute to key decisions, including work prioritization and deadlines

 Technologies

• TypeScript – We use it fully (not just JS with types) for safer, faster development

• Node.js – Our services run on Node.js/Express, handling APIs, background jobs, data sync along EHR and telecom integrations.

• MongoDB – Our go-to for storing and processing large datasets with consistency and speed

• AWS & Microservices – We run a range of services (EC2, ECS, Lambdas) and pick the best tools for the job

 Technologies

• Fullstack skills – Hands-on experience with UI and infrastructure and willingness to pursue that path

• LLM experience – We’re increasingly using LLMs in our bots. By bringing experience to the table you’ll be able to shape the bleeding edge technologies with us
