About Talkie is a fast-growing company offering cutting-edge AI/ML-based Voicebots for phone customer service automation. We have just raised USD 2,6 mln (PLN 12,5 mln), and are on a mission to make healthcare more accessible to those who need it the most.

We have built our own, unique platform and are redefining the concept of human-machine dialog. We are uniquely positioned to bring AI to patients and healthcare professionals who will use voicebots for booking appointments, ordering prescriptions, symptom checking, and interacting with computer systems in a way that feels natural.

About you

We're still in our pre-series A stage. Joining us as a Partnership Manager means that you will have a huge impact on building the partnership acquisition strategy and lead the way in developing a network of resellers of our solution in Poland and around the world.

As a Partnerships Manager you will:

  • Design, shape and execute the process of building a partnership program
    • Create framework of the partnership program
    • Qualify the potential partners
    • Prepare offers and contracts
    • Negotiate business terms with partners
  • Onboard new partners
  • Continue to develop relationships with existing partners
    • help with obtaining testimonials and case studies
    • engage in joint activities (Webinars, Fairs, Integrations, etc.)
    • analyze the needs of partners and provide feedback to relevant departments (sales / marketing / product)
  • Use tools to best achieve the above, effectively generate resellers from the medical industry and active reaching them in Poland
  • Work based on data with a results driven, hungry for success mindset
    • Achieve the set monthly / quarterly / annual goals based on KPIs developed with the Sales Manager and COO of the company
    • Prepare forecasts of revenue progress from established partnerships
  • Cooperate with Marketing, Product, Design teams

Job requirements

Our key requirements are:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in conducting business negotiations, preferably in the medical industry
  • Experience in implementing a coherent strategy of acquiring partners for an innovative product
  • Proven history of closing partnerships that increased metrics such as market penetration and company revenue
  • Analytical skills to identify trends and cooperation potential (cost vs income)
  • Strong organizational, planning and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience in reporting and presenting to a wide audience
  • Fluent in English and Polish
  • Openness to feedback and focus on achieving ambitious goals
