About us is a fast-growing company offering cutting-edge medical Voicebots for customer service automation. We are looking for an Implementation specialist to support our clients in the US market.

Who are our customers?

Medical practices and chains of clinics, private and public hospitals. Within the customer organisations we work closely with Practice Managers, clinic Owners, Call Center Managers and Agents as well as Receptionists.

What products and services do we offer?

We provide a suite of ready to use, off-the-shelf voicebots for managing appointments, ordering prescriptions, and symptom checking over the phone. Our voicebots are built and operated in Talkie’s AI-powered platform, which can be used without coding skills. We created our voicebots in cooperation with industry experts and trained them using thousands of real-life samples, so conversations feel smooth and natural. Our bots are fully integrated with key Healthcare Information System providers so they are ready to talk to patients from day one. We also build and implement tailor-made voicebots for enterprise clients.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone to help us implement voice solutions to customers and participate in the development of our products for the healthcare industry. The applicant for this position should have experience working with customers (at least one year), preferably in contact center and patient service roles in healthcare. Due to the fact that you would be working with US market customers, the role requires shifted hours 3 days a week (12 noon to 8 pm).

The role has 2 main areas of responsibility:

1. Deployment of customer-ready Voicebots and post-implementation care.

2. Analyzing the performance of deployed Voicebots.

Your typical week might include:

  • Working with clients on: gathering information needed for implementation, tracking implementation schedule, coordinating the project

  • Preparing and deploying finished Voicebots to the client - working in the Talkie platform

  • Post-implementation customer support

  • Analysis of production calls and Voicebots' performance

  • Preparation of statements, rankings, statistics and other analysis on Voicebot

  • Support in preparation of onboarding materials for new customers

  • Testing and participating in building new Voicebots

  • Collaborating with other departments in the company
