As a rapidly growing company, we are seeking an Implementation Engineer to lead the configuration of telecom and VPN integrations, and enhance API connections between Talkie.ai and healthcare systems. Who are our customers?
Our clientele includes medical practices, clinic chains, and both private and public hospitals. We collaborate closely with Practice Managers, Clinic Owners, Call Center Managers, Agents, and Receptionists to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
What products and services do we offer?
We offer a suite of sophisticated, ready-to-use voicebots designed to manage appointments, process prescription orders, and answer questions over the phone. Developed in collaboration with industry experts and trained on thousands of real-life samples, our voicebots deliver natural and efficient interactions from day one. Additionally, we create and implement customized voicebot solutions for enterprise clients.
Who are we hiring?
We are looking for an Implementation Engineer to lead the configuration and troubleshooting of telecom integrations, VPN setups, and API integrations between Talkie.ai and healthcare systems, while providing technical support and collaborating with internal teams on customer projects.
A Typical Week for an Implementation Engineer Might Include:
- Communicating with telecom administrators (via phone or email) to set up and configure telco integrations for clinics and hospitals
- Coordinating with EHR providers to integrate Talkie.ai with client systems
- Working with network administrators to configure VPNs in our AWS console
- Troubleshooting bot conversation issues by checking internal tools and application logs
- Providing technical support to the sales team
- Reaching out to clinics to explore integration options
- Collaborating with implementation analysts and the conversation design team on customer projects

What You Will Bring:
- Fluency in contact with customers - via phone and email
- Experience with HTTP protocol and REST APIs
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments
- Fluent English, as we work with international clients
- Understanding of VoIP and SIP is a plus
- Basic knowledge of JS is a plus
