Who are we hiring?
We are looking for a Head of Marketing to spearhead our expansion in the US and support our growing presence in the Polish market. As the Head of Marketing, you will:
Drive Talkie’s business objectives, aligning your efforts with our strategy and growth targets.
Collaborate closely with the CTO, COO, and other key leaders, playing a direct role in setting goals and steering direction.
Own all aspects of marketing, including lead generation, partner collaboration, communication, and branding.
Develop and lead the marketing team, combining internal talent with freelance expertise.
Shape and refine our marketing strategy, bringing fresh ideas and challenging the status quo.
Continuously evaluate the impact and ROI of marketing initiatives to ensure effectiveness and growth.
Be flexible to work shifted hours noon to 8pm twice a week to keep in touch with our US operations.

Job requirements
Must have
Strategy - You enjoy being a strategic thinker, you want to take part in planning where the company is headed and know how to use marketing to get us there.
Experience - You have hands-on experience in a similar role, where you were responsible for the marketing strategy at a tech company, and a team.
Growth - You have a strong focus on growth metrics, with hands-on experience in driving lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion optimization.
Numbers - You appreciate the importance and enjoy working with data. You have the ability to analyse data, track key performance metrics, and adjust strategies based on insights to maximise ROI.
Grit - You have perseverance, passion, and resilience to stay committed to long-term goals, overcoming challenges and setbacks with determination and relentless effort.
Your Team - You have experience in recruiting, building and leading a marketing team from the ground up, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Customer focused - You strive to know and understand our customers, their pains and needs. You want to find the best channels to speak directly to the target audience.
Speaking up - You are confident, able to present arguments from various viewpoints, happy to challenge others as well as be challenged.
Languages - You are fluent in both Polish and English.

Hands-On - You are willing to roll up sleeves and “get your hands dirty” - directly manage campaigns, from concept to execution, work along your counterparts on our partner’s side or host webinars.

Other Teams - You are happy and willing to work with sales, product, and other teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals
Brand & Esthetics - You understand the role of brand and aesthetics, ensuring a consistent visual identity and cohesive messaging

Your goals as the Head of Marketing will be:
🎯 Short term - first 3 months
Develop a deep understanding of our product, target audience, team strengths, and both markets (Poland and US).
Evaluate our current marketing approach, review the existing strategy, and identify areas for improvement.
Take charge of ongoing marketing activities, including events and campaigns.
🎯 Long term - first 12 months
Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive marketing plan for the Polish and US markets to drive our business objectives.
Adjust and build competences in the marketing team
Establish, track, and achieve key marketing KPIs.
Build strong relationships with counterparts at partner and client organisations, including EHRs, clients, telco companies, and other strategic partners.

Our Recruitment Process

👋 First Interview (online): 1 hour with Ada , Wojtek and Piotr - to assess your fit for the role.
🤔 Case study - if the outcome of the first interview is positive, we’ll ask you to complete a case study, so we can better understand your approach to real-world challenges relevant to this role.
💪 Second Interview (offline): 2 - 3h hours offline meeting in our Warsaw office to discuss your case study and get to know each other.
📞 Reference check - we will ask you for a list of references and give them a ring.
🤝 Offer: We will make an offer or let you know our feedback based on the interviews, case and references.
