About is a fast-growing company offering cutting-edge medical Voicebots for customer service automation. We raised USD 2,6 mln (PLN 12,5 mln) last year, and are on a mission to make healthcare more accessible for patients. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to support our clients in the EU market.

Who are our customers?

Medical practices and chains of clinics, private and public hospitals. Within the customer organisations we work closely with Practice Managers, clinic Owners, Call Center Managers and Agents as well as Receptionists.

What products and services do we offer?

We provide a suite of ready to use, off-the-shelf voicebots for managing appointments, ordering prescriptions, and symptom checking over the phone. Our voicebots are built and operated in Talkie’s AI-powered platform, which can be used without coding skills. We created our voicebots in cooperation with industry experts and trained them using thousands of real-life samples, so conversations feel smooth and natural. Our bots are fully integrated with key Healthcare Information System providers so they are ready to talk to patients from day one. We also build and implement tailor-made voicebots for enterprise clients.

About you

As a passionate and energetic person of the sales team, you will present the product, advise clients and support them in their decision-making process.

Reporting to the Sales Director, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for the execution of Talkie’s sales strategy, with the key objective being to bring our product to the Polish market by growing our partner network and driving direct sales.

Due to the nature of the role, national and international travel might be required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end2end sales process: starting from the work on lead qualification, to the daily activities in the CRM system, to the work related to the contract and price negotiation. You will also be responsible for handing over the customer to the Customer Success department

  • Daily meetings with clients, presentation of our product (running DEMO), learning about our clients' needs and adapting our solutions to them

  • As part of your duties, local and international travel awaits you - to help you grow, attend trade shows and events, and constantly enjoy working with us

  • working with the marketing department, together with whom you will create value-added materials to help you conduct effective sales activities

  • working with the product team to continuously develop our product - you will have a real impact on what the platform looks like and how it will develop in the future

What does the recruitment process look like?

  • We will ask you to prepare for a demo sales call before the next meeting

  • We will meet online for the first interview: 60-90 min

  • We will meet online for a second interview with our C-level team: 60 min

Job requirements

Qualifications and Experience

  • 3+ years of relevant professional sales experience - preferably in the area of customer service solutions for healthcare

  • Experience with executing a coherent sales strategy for an innovative product or service

  • Hands-on experience in expanding product or service sales into foreign markets

  • Analytical skills to identify trends, opportunities and analyze deals

  • Proven success in establishing goals and metrics to achieve set goals

  • An exceptional level of business and commercial acumen

  • Strong organisational, planning and interpersonal communications skills

  • Demonstrable experience in reporting and presenting to a range of audiences

  • A positive and open-minded attitude and experience of working in a collaborative environment
